Group Tickets (10 or more people attending one game) can be ordered in advance by phone, mail or in person. For more information on group outings, see the Ticket Prices section of the website.

DOES MY TWO YEAR OLD NEED A TICKET?
NO, children 2 years old or under do not need a ticket for the game if they do not occupy seats. You may purchase a seat for such a child if you would like them to have their own seat.

CAN I BRING A STROLLER INTO THE GAME?
YES, strollers are welcome at Slammers games. Strollers are not allowed down into the seating bowl but can be left at the top of any section or with Slammers staff at the information booth behind section 105.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLUB, RESERVED, AND LAWN TICKET?
Club seats are the first few rows in any given section with a wider, padded seat (indicated in purple on the seating diagram). Reserved seats are the remaining seats in any section (indicated in orange on the seating diagram). Lawn seats do not include a physical seat but rather offers a general admission entrance (first-come, first-served) on the grassy slopes on either side of the ballpark. Fans are welcome to bring in blankets to sit on but NO CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARK.

WHEN DO GATES OPEN?
Gates open one hour prior to game time for all games.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Parking is free for Slammers games.  Visit the “Directions” page for more information on where to park near the stadium.

WHEN DOES THE GAME END?
The Slammers play a nine inning game (extra innings in case of ties) without a time limit. While most nine inning games are played in approximately two hours and thirty minutes, some games take longer and some games are completed more quickly. Incidentally, in the event of a double-header (two consecutive games in one day) each game is only seven innings long, by league rule.

IS THE GAME STILL ON?
Games are always on as scheduled in the days leading up to each game. On the day of the game, weather forecasts are continuously evaluated at the ballpark. Rarely are games cancelled more than two hours before the scheduled time. If a game is cancelled, we will post directly to our website and social media pages.

You are welcome to inquire anytime, but if it’s any more than 3 hours before the scheduled game time you will almost certainly be informed “the game is still on.”

IF A GAME IS RAINED OUT, ARE OUR TICKETS GOOD FOR ANOTHER GAME?

YES! If a game is officially cancelled before it becomes a complete game (5 innings must be completed unless the Slammers are ahead and then 41/2 innings must be completed) your ticket is good for another game.

In order to redeem your rain ticket, please bring your ticket from the rained out game to the Slammers Box Office and we will exchange it for a remaining game in the season of equal or lesser value, based on availability. Tickets must be exchanged in person.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK IN?
There is no outside food and beverage permitted inside the ballpark. Exceptions will be made to persons with special dietary and/or medical needs, such as small children, elderly or pregnant women. Alcohol of any kind brought in from the outside is not permitted. On days with expected temperatures to reach 90 degrees or above, water bottles will be permitted as long as they can be carried in a backpack, shoulder bag, etc. Coolers of any variety are strictly prohibited unless they are needed to support special dietary needs and can fit into a backpack.

ARE THERE KID FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES AT THE BALLPARK?

Kids can run the bases following all games (except fireworks nights). *Family Sunday’s offer full team autographs following the game. Slammers staff will direct fans where to line up for both activities. Certain circumstances (i.e. inclement weather) may cancel post-game activities.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
