Joliet, IL — The Joliet Slammers presented by ATI Physical Therapy are proud to announce Slammers catcher Cody Clark will be playing all nine positions during the game on Sunday, September 2 at 5:05pm to bring awareness to autism.

“The reason I play the game to begin with is for my younger brother who is on the autism spectrum,” said Clark. “I wanted to use this great platform and do something to recognize all those affected by autism. I am grateful to be able to be in this position and have an organization as great as the Joliet Slammers to allow me to do so. I hope we can reach as many families as possible and this can be a bright spot in their day. At the end of the day, there are bigger things than baseball.”

A $20 playoff punch card is available to the first 1,000 buyers.  The playoff pass is good for up to six playoff games, the maximum number of home games possible at Joliet Route 66 Stadium.

Fans can purchase the playoff pass at the Slammers Box Office at 1 Mayor Art Schultz Drive, Joliet or by calling 815-722-2287. Group pricing and fundraising opportunities are also available for the playoff games.
